About these terms

These terms govern your use of shearandshave.com, the in-shop walk-in kiosk and the SMS messaging program operated by Shear & Shave Barbershop.

Booking and walk-ins

Booking through our online system is a request — the appointment is confirmed when we send you a confirmation. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for safety, staffing, or no-show reasons; we'll do our best to reach you when we do.

SMS messaging program

By opting in at /sms-opt-in you agree to receive walk-in alert text messages from Shear & Shave Barbershop at the mobile number you provided. Messages are sent through Telnyx on our behalf.

• Frequency. Typical staff recipients receive 5–15 messages per business day during shop hours.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates govern.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further alerts.
• Help. Reply HELP or email hello@shearandshave.com.
• Eligibility. US mobile carriers only. Recipients must be 18+ and an authorized member of the shop's staff roster or otherwise designated by the operator.
• Privacy. Mobile numbers and consent metadata are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site, the kiosk or our SMS program for anything unlawful, abusive, or that would disrupt service to others. We may suspend access if you do.

Disclaimers

The site and SMS program are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site or the messaging program, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new revision date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
